You take pleasure in exercise? You're in the right place! Here on the Nahe, fresh air freaks are in their element. Marvellous natural beauty and landscapes are our trademark, after all.
And to be honest, what can be finer than to experience unspoiled nature in extensive forests and natural riverscapes:
On a tour along our cycle and hiking routes, canoeing or playing a game of golf. Swimming and surfing. Horse-riding or sledging. Just as the mood takes you. Even the adventurer gets his money's worth here. The Hochseilgarten (high rope course) near Baumholder offers those with no fear of heights the chance to test their endurance under professional instruction and to see the world from a quite new perspective. And all this in breathtakingly beautiful natural surroundings. Experience the sensation of beeing free. In the extensive Saar-Hunsrück Nature Reserve or in the Soonwald-Nahe Nature Reserve and in every other village and town of this unique Nahe-Region.

Just do yourself a favour. In our Nature Region.
